Recessions bring anxiety and stress. Where did all my investments go? Will my job be safe next week? If they lay someone off, will it be me?
well, those questions and worries may be circulatinfg through your head as I write this article, but the fear, loss of sleep and degree of inaction is making you look older and more tired. If the boss is gonna keep someone, It should be the person who looks better and more youthful. That goes without saying!
So what can you do to look younger in a nutshell and at the same time spend peanuts!
1- get a full night sleep. early to bed and early to rise makes you healthy, wealthy and younger.
2-Moisturize your skin on a daily basis. Save your money on those expensive brands - theyall do the same thing - Moisturize.
3-Exfoliate - some people spend money on microdermabrasion and chemical peels. Save money - buy a buff puff and use it with a mild non-foaming cleanser twice a week for a similar result.
3-Antioxidants - VitC, VitE and Omega-3 fatty Acids orally taken will do wonders. Others include CoQ-10, Alpha Lipoic Acid and Flax seed Oil.
Topical antioxidants that work include Cellex-C, Prevage or Revale (all available at your doctors office. Save money and call to order the products from the doctor without paying for a consultation.
4 - Retin-A products are a must but to take them correctly, you must see a reputable dermatologist or plastic surgeon.
5- Finally, for those trying to avoid plastic surgery because of the economy, fillers and Botox are a good measure to camouflage temporarily those wrinkles and folds that make you look older and less competitive in this tough business climate.
